Do you feel lucky with your back pain? Are you looking forward and believe things will be better in the months or years ahead? You may be in for a surprise, luck is not on your side.

This article will let you in on a secret about back pain relief. Read on to see if you still feel lucky.

Recent statistics have shown that 7% of adults seek help from their doctor due to back pain or sciatica. There are still many people who do not seek any help at all. The results actually show, you were probably best to stay at home anyway. Why?

Well the chances on recovery are even worse.

In a recent study, they found that of all the people seeking help, only 25% felt they were better after a ENTIRE year. In fact most felt they had the same level of pain or in fact were in worse pain.

The study went on to show that most people stopped seeing their doctor, not because they were better, but they had no significant change. So they just decided to stop treatment.

Do you find this incredible? Can you actually believe that after a year, your back pain maybe even more severe than it is now? Imagine your frustration knowing that you need to be lucky, just to fit into that 25% that said their pain had gone. But it took almost the entire year to occur.

What is the answer? Why does it appear

that back pain is so hard to fix?

The answer is actually simpler than you think. Back pain is no mystery, your pain is created by the various muscle and joint imbalances. However, this is only part of the cause.

Back pain causes also include your stress levels, the amount of fatigue you suffer, even your general health.

The biggest reason though, why so many people failed to get better is this. Unless you can identify the physical causes of back pain, you will not know what or where to target to have good back pain relief. Your spine works as an complete system, too much back pain treatment is targeted only on the area of pain.

If you have had back pain for a period of time, or this is a repeated problem, then you also must change the habitual nature of your back pain. Back pain relief must therefore include techniques for you to use at home, to break those habits.

Yes the statistics are terrible, you don't need to add to them. You need, actually you must find the physical causes first, target all the areas of your spine that are causing your back pain. Then add in other back pain relief methods to change the habits and eliminate all the other causes of your pain. If not ...

You will join the 75% of adults in more back pain at the end of the year. Will it be a Merry Christmas?
