As you entertain the thoughts of moving house you instantly become serious about it until such time that you are actually doing it. But prior to that, you still have to resolve some issues first particularly answering the ultimate question which is: "Am I going to rent a house or just purchase one?" Surely it will help if you will further read.

If you choose to rent, you have to choose a good deal. Otherwise, you will always be bothered with paying your rent monthly since you don't seem to get what you deserve as you pay your rent. But, if you will consider buying a new home, then you gain a great investment.

Don't be easily discouraged if you are going to spend your money in buying a new home. If you have the money, it is much better and always better to buy a new home than to rent one. Just imagine the feelings that you will experience as you move into your new and own house, it is a very good feeling, isn't it? And if ever you change your mind in buying a new home, there is always the option to sell it to another buyer. And when you do, you can always earn from it if you want.
Though at first glance, you may consider renting a home a nice deal. But what if you lose your job? Where will you get your monthly payment? Unlike when you have your own house you don't

have to worry about paying rental fees every month.

On the other hand, if your problem is you don't have the cash to buy a home instantly, you can always resort to home mortgages. For 15 to 30 years of paying your mortgages you will eventually call your home your own. As you can see, you do have the option to pay the full payment for you home, but you also have to option to get a home mortgage for ease of payment and if you don't have the cash. If you rent a house, you will be paying almost the same amount but at the end you don't have a home, you still end up with nothing and this is exactly the opposite when you decide to purchase a home through mortgage.

If you still consider renting a home, you have to deal with the fact that sooner or later you will eventually move out, and in most cases move out in your least expected day. You can't live in your rented place for the rest of your life, you are expected to move out when your contract expires, and surely this will give you a lot of troubles.

But once you own a house, you don't have to worry about leaving your memories behind because it's your choice whether to stay or not in your home (if you decide to sell it). This doesn't aim to sound sentimental, but that is just the way it is.
