Scroll through the time (hours, minutes, AM/PM) and click to select the desired time. Scroll to Sound. Scroll among the sounds and click to select the one you want.
Note that if you select Beep, the alarm will be audible through the internal speaker. If you select a playlist, you will need to connect speakers or headphones to your iPod to hear the alarm
