There is an entire sub-industry of delivery and courier services which are founded around the delivery of medical specimens. This means almost anything which is related directly to the medical testing industry such as blood samples or other samples which are drawn from patients in order to test or treat any number of medical conditions. The important thing to realize about this industry is that there are totally different laws which dictate the shipment and delivery of medical material that are separate from the laws which cover the delivery of regularly couriered goods. This means that if you're using a messenger WI delivery service of any kind to move medical specimens, you have to make sure that they are actually certified and legal to carry this type of material. Couriers which handle these types of goods typically have separate equipment and specially trained couriers totally devoted to this kind of shipment.
There reason that medical material must be transported differently than other shipments has to do with the very nature of the material itself. Much medical materiel, including blood and tissue samples, qualify as hazardous material, and must be transported under the laws which govern this. This means that they have to be carried in

There are other types of medical couriers who make emergency deliveries via land based vehicles, and there are other medical delivery companies who also make helicopter deliveries of emergency medical materiel. Helicopter transport is rarer, but certainly has happened, such as when organs or blood need to be rushed from one medical facility to another. Some medical couriers will both make regular specimen delivery and also have an emergency delivery department with dedicated emergency vehicles.
