There may also be psychological problems that arise too. You may think you are going big and sexy, but once you have the look, it may lead to a lot of unwanted attention. Consider that you may be stared at and people may even have a hard time taking you seriously.
You may be in a business where your looks are extremely important and a large bust is an asset. If this is the case, you are probably well-equipped to handle any negative aspects. If in doubt, counseling is always a good option. If you are firmly decided to go large, your surgeon has evaluated you and agrees to do it, then you are ready for a new and voluptuous self.
As with any surgery, it is important to research your doctor to make sure he is board certified. Because placing larger sized implants are a bit more involved, pick a surgeon who has experience with this. Above all, be certain of what you want to do and hold yourself with confidence.
