- Nipple Surgery- It is possible that you like the size, shape and perkiness of your breasts, but are self-conscious about the appearance of the nipples. This procedure can correct nipple size. By repositioning the skin and tissue or removing it altogether, the surgeon can correct asymmetrical nipples or ones that are disproportionate to the breast.
Another common problem is inversion of the nipple where there is too little tissue underneath and it looks sunken in. Again, moving tissue around can correct this problem.
