People that are new to shipping with courier companies often don't know that the business works in many ways. First of all, you're likely going to have to pay for your shipment up front. If you don't have an account, they have no way of knowing about your established credit, and so they have to collect before they make the delivery. You also won't likely be able to access certain features of the shipping process, such as using GPS tracking, although you'll have some kind of tracking option available to you for sure.
