Borax is also effective to eliminate mold growth. It can work great for walls and cement. Mix about a cup of borax to a gallon of water. Use a good scrubbing brush to clean the place completely. Wait at least three days and if there is a dusty residue, vacuum it off. Do not put borax and vinegar together because they can neutralize each other and become useless.
