There are virtually millions of people all searching for work online and lots and lots of businesses looking for capable workers. With today's economy the way it is I am sure you know of a few people in your own family or maybe even a few close friends in this same situation.
It's a shame that of all those loads and loads of ads you see online for work at home jobs that the largest percentage of them are just crap and aimed at nothing more than getting your money but not offering you a good product in return. You even see offers with the names Google, or Ebay but read the fine print and you'll soon realize that these offers are in no way associated with the big name company.
Because of that one fact, that there are simply so many crap offers out there, I decided to search online for one good, safe and scam free zone in which to fulfill my needs. It took some time because there are so many scam assaults on internet surfers but I was finally successfully and I would like to share my results with you know.
Mturk, also known as Mechanical Turk, is a website as well as an opportunity to get people to work for you or for you to do some work for them. Both parties can benefit as a result of this type of work. Those who wish to have tasks, known as hits, completed for them are known as mturk requesters. They could be people running businesses online, bloggers, researchers, or just about anyone. These people create jobs known as hits, which stands for human intelligence tasks.
Any given hit might ask the Mechanical Turk workers to write or rewrite an article, post to a blog, test a new website, take a survey, write a summary, upload a drawing or photo, give an opinion
or idea, translate text, do data entry, participate in university research projects, vote for a blog or site, review or critique something like a movie or other creative work, create an account or sign up to do further work, identify shapes or images, or even provide the rewards codes from soda bottles and other products.
The requesters can offer a reward amount ranging anywhere from zero to a hundred dollars, although the most common reward amount is somewhere between twenty cents and four dollars. Turk workers with questions about the hits may contact the requesters and ask for further explanation. Requesters may use a builder to create hits or do it on their own, load their accounts, put a deadline on the task, and then sit back and wait for someone to do the hit.
The advantages of this process are numerous: there is no hiring process to go through, unacceptable work is simply rejected and the hit reassigned, requesters can ban workers whose work is consistently bad, it is not necessary to pay out a huge amount of money, and workers will be glad to take care of tedious tasks in a relatively short amount of time. This saves the requesters from having to spend their own time on time-consuming yet necessary tasks.
Bloggers will be happy to learn that they can get workers to post to their blogs or to rewrite their articles in several different ways - in other words, ghostwrite them. The turkers themselves benefit as well, since they may work on their own time from anywhere, make some extra cash, hone their creative abilities, and gain a sense of having helped someone with a project or goal. So, as you can see, Mechanical Turk is a well thought out business source for people needing workers and a great place to make money for people looking for a job.
