After you have filled it out, then you will be called in by a nurse who will take you to an empty room. The doctor will come in and take all of your vital signs, checking for any problems that might be there you might not know about. If you haven't been to a doctor for a long time, then you will most likely to need have a full examination of your body. They will check reflexes, your respiratory system and other parts of your body to make sure that you don't have any problems.
If you are going in for a specific thing you are worried about, then the doctor will ask a bunch of questions to help determine what exactly is wrong with you. Doctors have gone to school for a lot of years and are very well educated in cases that might be problems. If you have a serious problem going on, then you need to go to a doctor as soon as possible.
