An underlying page presented to the search engine is usually keyword stuffed to trick the search engine spider while the one presented to the user appears genuine.
Sneaky JavaScript Redirect: this technique involves the use of JavaScript with an intention to deceive search engines. Google is especially strict on the use of this technique and will not hesitate to penalize any site that employs it.
Stick to White hat SEO because doing that will ensure that you stay away from trouble and keep your site in search engine good books.
