When looking for a college apartment complex to rent, it is always good to choose a property that offers a floor plan suitable to your particular lifestyle and roommate situation. Many of the more luxury apartments have multiple options that give students both different options to choose from and allow for different roommate living situations to evolve.

For example, a 500 sq. foot studio apartment with one bathroom is great for a single person.
A 920 sq. foot 2 bedroom one bath is ideal for one person who wants to use the second bedroom as a guest room or office or for two people looking to split the rent. A 1325 sq. ft 3 bedroom 2 bath or a 1420 sq. foot 4 bedroom 2 bath offers even more economic advantages to those who can live more communally.

Still other students may want a loft or apartment that is purely unique. Perhaps a two-story loft with windows that span both floors, and a large studio floor plan, would speak to the more eclectic lifestyle that some seek in the college experience.

Most college town apartments have various floor plans from which to choose. One of the most popular plans is the Loft plan. Some are two story, one bedroom, one-and one and one-half bathroom unit. Some have an open kitchen and living area that spans the entirety of both floors, from floor to ceiling.

Finally, some apartment complexes have a very special large studio, one bath unit that have an island kitchen and a very spacious living space.

Some upscale complexes offer living rooms that are both unique and luxurious for college area apartments. Most units will

offer has a ceiling fan. Some might have floors are made from stained, decorative concrete that has the sheen of finished stone. Some units may a brick wall in every room and an accent wall in every unit that is painted in the color of your choosing.

Most upscale complexes have a ceiling height of 9-10 feet in height depending on your floor plan. Along these ceilings run exposed ducts and pipes. Windows are oversized and have custom blinds. Some apartments have balconies.

Most luxury apartments offer kitchens are simply amazing as well. Some come with custom cabinets in every kitchen, no matter what its size may be. Some kitchens will offer a upscale refrigerator with icemaker. Most all apartments offer a dishwasher, a full-sized stove and microwave oven.

Most bathrooms offer large bathtubs and showers, plenty of wide counter space, and an abundance of cabinet space.

No matter what floor plan you ultimately choose, every bedroom should accommodate full-sized furniture. Every closet should be extra large and some units have walk-in closets. Most offer high-speed Internet access in every bedroom. Most college area apartments should have stackable, washers and dryers in every apartment.

Perhaps one of the best things to think about when renting an apartment located in a college town is where both of our properties are located, is an ideal environment to offer college students. Is there a variety of nearby restaurants and other things to do, and how far is the campus from the complexes you intend to rent and does it allow one to walk or easily ride a bicycle to class.
