Spring Actuated Pallet Loader
This unit minimizes the risk of back injury by eliminating the need to bend down and stretch to manually manipulate pallets. It also uses a turntable that facilitates nearside loading. Constant working height is maintained by springs and shock absorbers that raise and lower the unit. The spring handles all the work without the need for electricity or shop air. Capacity is 4,500 lbs.
Pneumatic Pallet Loader
This pallet handling tool is ideal for varied pallet loads that randomly change. The unit is operated by a combination airbag and spring. If the airbag accidentally loses air, the spring provides some backup safety to prevent total collapse. Fork pockets make it easy to relocate the unit and provide a stable base that needs no lagging.
Hydraulic Pallet Loader
This unit is ideal for applications where pallets size and weight varies widely. The operator has total control of the unit because of a foot control that adjusts the load to any desired position. The manual turntable, which rotates easily, makes it possible for the operator to always work on the near side of the unit. Load capacity options are 2,000 lbs and
4,000 lbs.
Mobile Pallet Leveler
This unit can perform multiple pallet handling functions. Workers can use it to position pallets or to feed pallets into other pallet loaders. It can also be used as a vehicle, which is much safer and practical than moving pallets around the warehouse on a forklift.
Roll-On Pallet Loader
The roll-on unit lowers to floor height so that pallets can be rolled on and off of it with a hand pallet truck. The operator can then use a pushbutton or foot switch to easily adjust the lift. Narrow side and back panels make it easy to reach from any position.
Roll-On Pallet Loader with Turntable
The full turntable adds even more operator convenience. It lowers to floor height via lift or push button. Pallets can then be rolled on and off with a hand pallet truck. The narrow side and back panels allow for easy reach over for 4 side access.
Pallet Lift Truck
This unit is ideal for pallet handling when moving palletized open bottom containers or skids.
Stretch Wrapper
Loads go onto the turntable via hand truck. The operator can simple slide the wrapping rod up and down as the turntable rotates.
Disc Turntable
Operator can work from the nearside simply by rotating the load.
Pallet Rotator and Inverter
Made for pallet handling loads up to 48" x 48" x 60" high the Rotator and Inverter is engineered to invert entire palletized loads. A pressure adjustable clamping mechanism can secure loads up to 4,400 lbs and rotate them 180 degrees.
