There are many different uses and benefits of a new car or truck. Cars have many different models and can range in price and performance. The sedan is usually a four-door car with accommodation for five people. It also has a longer wheel base and bigger dimensions than other cars.

Sub compact is another classification for cars and usually have two or four doors. Bigger families or companies might use sedan model cars for their utility and comfort. Their ability to carry five people, and a large trunk to carry different loads makes them good for long road trips. Most sedans have features like a split folding rear seat to increase trunk capacity, and bigger engines that have higher power outputs. With the bigger engine and size, though, there are lower fuel economy and maneuverability concerns.

Subcompacts have smaller displacement engines and overall vehicle size. These cars are practical for people in big cities who commute to work, drive a lot or are single. They usually have room for four people to sit comfortably, a small trunk for odds and ends, and usually have four-cylinder engines. These cars are an economical choice for first-time buyers because of low price to own and operate. Fuel

economy is a big factor to some people, as comfort and flexibility are to others. Both the sedan and subcompact cars can be an excellent choice, depending on the consumer's needs and wants.

Trucks come in many different models and price ranges. They offer the best hauling ability and versatility. Heavy duty trucks are usually equipped with high torque diesel engines for towing and hauling. These engines also get pretty good economy for their size and weight. Heavy duty trucks are a good choice for work trucks they can come in single cab, extended cab, and crew cab. They also have a stronger suspension system and drive train to handle bigger workload demands and not break down under these heavier requirements.

Medium duty trucks usually come with an eight-cylinder, or six-cylinder engine. This class is built with uses in mind like helping friends move, and occasional towing and hauling. Medium duty models range in price, style and versatility. Personal requirements will dictate which class truck to pick. Either the heavy duty or medium duty classes can be used for work or personal preferences. They both will offer two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive drive trains, as well as different cab and bed sizes depending on the manufacturer.
