In this article we are going to discuss how to sell more products on your blog or website...but without having to be sleazy,underhanded or dishonest (which unfortunately, many marketers these days find themselves having to be to get by). The simple truth is that making money online can be reduced to some pretty simple principles, and I'm going to share 4 of mine that never fail for creating killer connections with my list, readers and marketing partners as well.
* Inspiration: Make no mistake, the BIGGEST thing that people are looking for online is inspiration. They may THINK they're looking for strategy, or for tactics...or even the latest and greatest fad technique that's going to make them rich overnight. What they really want though - at heart - is to be told they can do it. That they WILL be successful, and that you can use your example to prove it to them. Learn to inspire people and you'll never lack for business.
* Innovation: You've got to be able to do something at least a wee bit differently to have major league success. Innovation could be as simple as just brining new ideas, or a new approach to your market that you've picked up from another. ( lots of
people take INTERNET marketing techniques, for example...like product launch ideas and "innovate" in non marketing niches. This works well there...and will work super well for you as well if you find your innovative angle.
* Integration: You've got to build your marketing funnel on a broad base! Integrate landing pages, blogs, auto responderss, your twitter feed, blog comments, multi-media and more to keep people moving through your funnel in the exact,systematizedd sequence that works best...and remember to "meet" your market in as many places as possible. Social networking technologies have opened this up in a major league way in recent years, and this promises to be a profitable path to pursue for years to come.
* Illumination: You've got to be able to offer an "a-ha" moment or two...or you simply become a cheerleader. Share your process, light the lamp and offer people a proven path to profit, (or if you're selling in a non - money making niche...simply an appropriate success strategy instead) and you'll be rewarded, respected and sought after as an expert in your marketplace for sure.
There you have it. A four step "head start" over your competition if you apply them...and I guarantee that if you do, you'll start seeing results and in a hurry!
